Picked up a few discs on sale. Prices were okay. Not bad. But shipping kind of killed the deal a bit. Saved some, just not as much as I hoped

"Late preorder and no one took responsibility"
My preorder ended up being late, and I never really got a clear update about what was going on. Every time I tried to find out more, it felt like I was getting passed around with no one actually taking ownership of the issue. Frustrating experience overall.

"Good fix, but the follow-up could be faster"
My disc showed up with a damaged case, so I reached out to Orbit DVD about getting a replacement. To their credit, they did respond and sent a new one, and the replacement arrived in good shape. For me, it wasn’t a huge problem, but I do think other customers would probably appreciate a quicker turnaround and a few more updates along the way. Overall, they made it right, but the process felt a little slower than it needed to be.

"I ordered 3 discs from Orbit DVD..."
I ordered 3 discs from Orbit DVD, and somehow only 1 of them was actually correct. One was a completely different movie, and another was the wrong edition. The packing slip even had the right items listed, which just made it more confusing.

I ended up having to email them and deal with the back-and-forth, which was extra work I really did not feel like doing over something that should have been simple. Maybe they get it right most of the time, but my order was frustrating

"Playable, but condition was disappointing"
I ordered a used Blu-ray the case showed up in rougher shape than I expected. The artwork had a noticeable crease, and the disc had a few marks on it too. To be fair, it did play fine, so I’m not giving it the lowest rating, but the condition didn’t really match what was described. I’ve bought used movies from other sellers before and usually the grading feels a bit more accurate, so this was a little disappointing. I’d probably think twice before buying used here again

"Great rare finds, but slow shipping"
I was happy to find some rare titles I couldn’t get elsewhere, which was the main reason I ordered. But the shipping took way too long for my patience. If you don’t mind waiting, it’s worth a look, but I was checking the tracking constantly and getting annoyed

"Confusing Info and Unhelpful Service"
I ended up waiting way longer than expected, and the confusing part was that the website made it sound like things would be much quicker and more straightforward. When I finally asked the staff for help, they seemed annoyed that I was even asking. Not a great experience overall.

"Easy to Find the Good Stuff"
I was kind of just browsing around and ended up finding a bunch of Arrow and Vinegar Syndrome titles really easily, which was nice because sometimes hunting for that stuff can be a whole thing. Everything was straightforward and I didn’t feel like I had to dig forever, so yeah, happy with the experience.

"Packed well and arrived fine"
Ordered a DVD and it came in solid packaging, honestly. It had bubble wrap and was in a sturdy box, so the case wasn’t cracked or damaged at all. Shipping took a little longer than I was hoping, but everything showed up in good shape. I’d order again

"I’ve ordered from Orbit DVD a few times…"
I’ve ordered from Orbit DVD a few times, mostly for new releases, and they’re usually quick about getting stuff listed. It’s nice when they have editions that the bigger retailers haven’t even put up yet. Shipping has been fine for me too, nothing special, but everything’s been packed well. My only hesitation is that some titles seem to go out of stock really fast, so I feel like I have to keep checking constantly. After missing a couple things, I trust the availability a little less than I used to, so I can’t quite give it 5 stars.

A couple of the listings kinda felt copy-pasted and were missing basic stuff like the condition or whether any extras were included. The site itself seems okay, but I didn’t feel confident enough to place an order based on the details there

"Good selection, but I compare prices first"
OrbitDVD has some really cool stuff, and I do like browsing the site, especially for harder-to-find movies. That said, the prices aren’t always the best. Some releases seem fair, but others end up higher than I expected once shipping is added. I also had a moment where I felt a little passed around trying to figure out the best option, which was kind of frustrating. I’d still order again if I found something rare, but for regular releases, I usually check a few other shops first. Not a bad place, just not exactly cheap

"Honestly, that was way faster than I expected"
I placed my order and figured I’d be waiting around for a while like usual. I was already getting ready to be annoyed, but then the update came through quickly and I was like, oh okay, never mind. I tried browsing orbitdvd on my phone and gave up quickly. The layout felt kind of all over the place, like the site was actively trying to hide what I was looking for. Search and filters weren’t smooth, pages felt cluttered, and every tap made me wonder if there was some secret test to see how badly I wanted to buy something. The products might be totally fine, but the website itself made shopping way more frustrating than it needed to be.
